I am originally from the San Joaquin Valley! My passion for medicine was sparked by my grandmother, who suffered from Alzheimer's disease. I completed my undergraduate studies at UC Irvine, where I ma...jored in Neurobiology and worked as a full-time researcher to help find a cure for Alzheimer's disease. I took my experiences from UC Irvine and went to UC Davis, where I earned my medical degree. This was a great time in my life, full of unique experiences and patients. Here, I fell in love with surgery! My passion for surgery took me to University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where I trained as a General Surgeon.
