Although I was born in Korea, I consider myself a native Southern Californian. I earned my undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley and my medical degree at New York Medical College. During medical school,... I was fascinated by neurology and psychiatry. However, I decided to pursue pediatrics because I also enjoyed working with children and families. When I discovered that these three fields intersected in developmental and behavioral pediatrics, I knew I had found what I was looking for. I completed fellowship training at Cohen Children's Medical Center of New York.
