Is this you?I come from a family of physicians. My oldest brother is an oncologist in Iran, while another brother is a cardiologist here in America. I went to medical school in Mashhad, Iran, and served four year...s as a resident there. Then I became a general practitioner in a rural area of my homeland. I immigrated to the United States to further my education and professional experience. My first year in America was spent in Atlanta, Georgia, where I did medical research at Emory University. When I was accepted into the intern program at Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, my wife and I moved to New York. During my internship and residency at Coney Island, I gained new insights into internal medicine and became familiar with the remarkable technology available to assist physicians at most American hospitals. In 2011, my wife and I pulled up roots again and traveled to California to be closer to family and friends.
