I grew up in a small town in Ohio and moved to Los Angeles for my pediatric residency. I fell in love with the sunny weather and made Southern California my home. I am still an avid Ohio State Buckeye... and Cleveland sports fan! I am active in my local church and volunteer. During my college years, I chose to become a doctor while serving on a mission trip in Haiti.
