I was born and raised in Southern California and come from a family of doctors. Much of my upbringing had a strong focus on health and wellness, and that’s what drove me to become a physician myself. ...I completed my undergraduate studies at USC and then went to UCLA for medical school. I enjoyed having the opportunity to do my residency training on the East Coast in Boston before coming back to UCLA to finish my fellowship in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery. I am thrilled to be back in the Los Angeles area, close to my family again. I worked in private practice for 3 years prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, where I now have a greater capacity to focus my energy solely on providing direct member care to the best of my ability.
